REFUND POLICY

After 30 days, a request for a refund will not be accepted. You are solely responsible for properly requesting for a refund in writing by sending an email to support@ceositelaunch.com. A text message or a phone call is not considered to be a correct request. We will send you a cancellation survey. We will not issue a refund if the survey is not completed. We will also not issue a refund if the survey is completed after the 30 days period of you signing up.

You can cancel our service anytime after the 30 days but will not be eligible for a refund.
